Yaw Konadu

Yaw Konadu is a technology professional with 28 years of enterprise IT experience spanning the United States, the Netherlands, and East Africa. He began his IT career in 1996 at the New York Public Library, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lehman College, City University of New York.

From 2009 to 2025, Yaw served the United Nations — first at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, then at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals. During his UN tenure he led Service Desk operations, managed enterprise assets across international locations, and served as a core project team member for the organization's enterprise migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365.

In 2026, Yaw founded Craetorian Solutions under the Craetorian Group — bringing institutional-grade IT and AI expertise directly to businesses globally.

New York Public Library
Began IT career supporting library systems and user technology at one of the world's most prominent research institutions. Earned B.S. in Computer Science from Lehman College, CUNY.

United Nations
UN ICTY — The Hague
Joined the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands. Led Service Desk operations and managed enterprise assets across international locations.

Served as a core project team member for the UN IRMCT's landmark enterprise migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365, coordinating across multiple international locations.
