Craetorian Signal ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a LinkedIn automation tool developed and operated by Craetorian Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our application to automate LinkedIn content publishing, including text posts, images, articles, and job postings.

By using Craetorian Signal, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

02 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• LinkedIn account credentials and OAuth access tokens (used solely to post on your behalf)
• Your name, email address, and LinkedIn profile information provided during onboarding
• Content you create or schedule within the App (posts, images, articles, job listings)
• Billing information if applicable (processed by a third-party payment provider)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Log data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management
• LinkedIn API usage data and post performance metrics

2.3 Information from LinkedIn

When you authorize Craetorian Signal via LinkedIn OAuth 2.0, we receive access to the following data from LinkedIn as permitted by the scopes you authorize:

• Basic profile information (name, profile picture, LinkedIn member ID)
• Email address associated with your LinkedIn account
• Pages or organizations you administer (if applicable)

We do not access your LinkedIn inbox, connections list, or any data beyond what is required to post content on your behalf.

03 How We Use Your Information

Craetorian Signal uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your LinkedIn account and post content on your behalf
• To schedule, queue, and publish posts according to your instructions
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To improve the App's functionality and user experience
• To send transactional emails (e.g., post confirmations, errors, account alerts)
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 LinkedIn API Data & Compliance

Craetorian Signal uses the LinkedIn API in compliance with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. Specifically:

• We only request OAuth scopes necessary for the functionality you use
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit
• We do not cache or store LinkedIn data beyond what is operationally required
• You may revoke the App's access to your LinkedIn account at any time via LinkedIn's Security Settings
• Upon revocation or account deletion, we will delete associated LinkedIn tokens within 30 days

05 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard protections including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest (including OAuth tokens)
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to your data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and contact us immediately at security@craetoriansolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

06 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services:

Post content & scheduling data	Retained for 12 months after account closure
Log data	Retained for 90 days
Billing records	Retained for 7 years as required by law

07 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
